Trip Itinerary and Costs

All travel, visa and insurance costs are to be covered by each climber.

Each climber is responsible for purchasing / borrowing / stealing his own personal kit for the climb a suggested list of which can be found here

All costs associated with visiting the WeSeeHope Projects will be covered by each climber.

All food, accommodation and logistics costs for the duration of the climbs are covered by your climbing fees of $3,320
Each climber is encouraged to Tip our porters $300 USD
Each climber to raise $1 per foot climbed ($20,000).

Please speak to your physician about your existing and required vaccinations for visiting Tanzania and ensure you do so with sufficient time for their efficacy.

For those wishing to join the visit to WeSeeHope community projects in Mwanza, these will take place on January 23rd / 24th (more detail to follow)

  • 15 JAN - Morum Barrier Gate > Shira 1 Camp
  • 16 JAN - Shira 1 Camp > Shira 2 Camp
  • 17 JAN - Shira 2 Camp > Barranco Camp
  • 18 JAN - Barranco Camp > Karanga Camp
  • 19 JAN - Karanga Camp > Barafu Camp
  • 20 JAN - Barafu Camp > Uhuru Peak > Millenium Camp
  • 21 JAN - Millenium Camp > Mweka Gate
  • 22 JAN - Departure — Kilimanjaro Airport
